本項(xiàng)目小組整合城市規(guī)劃、城市設(shè)計(jì)、商業(yè)策劃、建筑景觀設(shè)計(jì)等多學(xué)科專業(yè)，制定中軸線地區(qū)的城市設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)導(dǎo)則，將其塑造為帶動(dòng)古城文化復(fù)興、樹(shù)立新城核心區(qū)標(biāo)志性形象、集聚高質(zhì)量公共活動(dòng)的標(biāo)桿項(xiàng)目，使其成為新絳重要的標(biāo)志性公共空間。
