朝陽大悅城5層當時照相館

當時照相館位于朝陽大悅城五層“悅界”的核心位置，也是大悅城從Shopping Centre到Lifestyle Centre轉(zhuǎn)型的著力之處。業(yè)主當時照相館作為膠片攝影及人像攝影為業(yè)務(wù)的專業(yè)攝影工作室，被邀請入駐。她將以膠片為核心，留住瞬間的永恒，向人們展現(xiàn)人像攝影的魅力。
在承接人像棚拍攝影之余，我們希望不會因為“神秘”的專業(yè)性，而拒沒有攝影需求的人群于千里之外。而是以一種開敞的方式，吸引更多的人前來欣賞與了解，甚至是學習攝影。在滿足專業(yè)的攝影活動之余，如何創(chuàng)造空間不定期地舉行攝影展覽，講座，膠卷的沖洗活動將是該項目的設(shè)計重點。
與業(yè)主多次對接確定下功能依次是：黑、白兩個專業(yè)影棚、化妝間、暗房、膠片沖洗指導(dǎo)教室、活動發(fā)布及講座區(qū)、攝影器材的展示和銷售區(qū)、撕拉片拍攝區(qū)以及一個可活動的微型影廊(Mini Gallery)。
如何解決在一個歡迎人流導(dǎo)入的通透空間中布置許多小尺度的功能，讓流線互不干預(yù)且秩序井然，就成為了項目主要的問題。
項目場地是一個長條形的矩形，開口正對悅界空間的街道和自動扶梯。矩形的最前端，橫向設(shè)置了專為撕拉片拍攝的“舞臺“，客戶和攝影師的拍攝過程及撕拉片的制作，成為了展現(xiàn)照相館服務(wù)的生動表演。兩個影棚并置，放在矩形的末端，更深處原來未經(jīng)利用的三角形庫房，被因地制宜的改造成了暗房。
它們之間2/3的區(qū)域，承擔著膠片攝影及沖洗教室、活動發(fā)布、商品器材展示等多種功能。設(shè)計師通過順矩形長向植入數(shù)個”空間家具“：包括收銀臺及膠卷墻，展示和階梯座位、微型影廊、沖洗和審片臺. 利用家具及其之間的空間，將幾個功能順利布置其中，同時盡可能留出一塊整面的墻體用作相片展示來和mini gallery呼應(yīng)。家具如島一般被布置于空間之中，盡管被劃分為不同部分，但空間并未顯得被分割，相反形成了統(tǒng)一的通透環(huán)境。在這片“空曠區(qū)域”的末端，設(shè)置了照相館的巨大發(fā)光LOGO及半層的光墻，將游客的目光自然吸引到照相館內(nèi)部。
This project located on the 5th floor, Joy Plaza, Chaoyang Joy City, Beijing, China. Joy Plaza is the very place to explore how could Joy City’s commercial orientation switch from shopping centre to lifestyle centre. Under this circumstance, NowStudio is invited to be the first inhabitant who is mainly focused in portrait photography. This shop would largely use film photograph as the media to recall the idea that capture every single precious moment of life.
Even though this studio would be particularly professional, however, it should not be the mysterious reason to reject the one who is not familiar with photography. Instead, this shop would be the place to invite everyone to appreciate, to understand, even to learn photography. The spaces for exhibition, lectures and film developing areas are equally important as the studios eventually.
Under the discussions with the owner, the shop would mainly constructed by two studios ( black and white topics), dressing room, darkroom, film developing and scan area, lecture and events leasing area, the camera equipment exhibition and selling area, and a movable mini gallery.
The circulation of the behaviors related to all the different functions would be extremely important for this project, especially for lucid interspaces that invites all kinds of people to explore.
The rectangular shop sits in a particularly important site of Joy plaza, faces to the main “avenue” and locates besides the escalator. The very front part is the stage to for pack film, which is an immediate photograph method that could attract the attention of the fluid as performance. The black and white studios have been placed at the very end of the site. And the previous triangular store room is designed to be the dark room as the darkest part of the entire site.
The space in between the “stage” and the studio plays an important role for the whole scheme, the exhibitions, lectures, classes would be hold there. Several rectangular furniture have been designed and installed in, including a reception desk，a film wall, a multi-function stair, a movable mini gallery, a tank for film developing and a backlight table. The activities and events would happen within and in between all those furniture, and an entire wall has been preserved for the exhibition besides the mini gallery. Though the entire space has been divided to several different parts, however, all those parts don’t feel isolated as the furniture been placed like islands. And a large Led lighted logo and a back-lighted screen on the top at the end attracts the customers.
